12 Aesthetic AF Coffee Shops *NOT* in San Francisco

There have been many a day when I’m scrolling through Instagram and see an aesthetically, on point photo of coffee or a cozy nook, and I think, “omg, I need to go to there.” And then I click on the geotag and lo and behold, it’s of course, in San Francisco. I bookmark them [...]

Ketsourine Macarons (Daly City, CA)

Ketsourine Macarons (Daly City, CA) - Happy Valentine's Day! I randomly found Ketsourine while Instagram browsing, and I was astonished to find that they have a huge following! And I can see why - they make such cute macarons and have a really cute shop! I was in the area one day for work, so [...]

B Street & Vine (San Mateo, CA)

B Street & Vine (San Mateo, CA) - In search of a place to meet up with a few of my friends after a monotonous day at work, we settled on B Street & Vine. It was a midpoint for the both of us, and after being told that this was a place that had [...]

Bare Bowl (Palo Alto, CA)

BARE BOWL (Palo Alto, CA) - Two days before the full solar eclipse, I woke up early on a Saturday morning (rare) and put pants on and left the house on an errand (even more rare). My goal was to get to Warby Parker when it opened to get eclipse glasses since they were supposed [...]

Backyard Brew (Palo Alto, CA)

BACKYARD BREW (Palo Alto, CA) - Yet another coffee spot that I discovered through a friend's Instagram! I'll admit that the hanging umbrellas is what drew me in - they remind me of the hanging umbrellas in Portugal - that and the fact that it was this hidden outdoor coffee shop in Palo Alto. It's [...]

IT ME

A Bay Area native encountering food from all over the Bay Area (and more on occasion!). I watch far too much TV for my own good, spend too many hours on the internet looking at clothes, memes, and Wikipedia, laugh a little too hard at celebrity gossip, drool at pictures of food and travel that my friends post on Facebook & Instagram, and sleep at the worst times possible.

When you’re in the woods but you still need your coffee ☕️⁣
Thinking about how I’d originally wanted to go to Yosemite last week and now it’s closed indefinitely due to all the snow. 😳⁣
Who wouldn’t want to jump out of bed for a fresh pastry haul at the farmer’s market? I’ll admit, I’m not a morning person, but the promise of flaky croissants and fresh chocolate chip cookies is enough to get me out of bed on a Saturday morning. And you know what? The benefits of starting my day with a delicious treat, quality time with family and some fresh air are unbeatable. I feel energized and motivated for the rest of the day - who knew? ⁣
Gotta get back on ~romanticizing~ my breakfasts again, especially when it’s so easy to put together like this waffle board yet looks so fancy 💅🏼
When you wait too long to make this reel, that the coffee shop has changed ownership. 🥲 ⁣
🏔️ Wow, it's been over 15 years since I've last been to Yosemite, so this family weekend getaway was so nice to experience! Although I didn’t end up coming for the Firefall event I’d planned to see, I ended up in Wawona, a hidden gem at the southern end of the park. Our cozy house was nestled right alongside the Merced River, and the balcony offered calming views of the water and rocks.⁣
