Bayfood’s Top 10 Recipes of the Decade

Instead of doing a top ten list of places I ate in the year like I usually do, I thought I'd go all out and do a decade long round up of some of my favorite posts on the blog! Bayfood has technically been around since 2010, back when it was a really casual Tumblr [...]

Winter is Here: Game of Thrones Finale Feast

If you've visited the blog before, then you know I'm a fan of Game of Thrones. I've made a few recipes loosely based on and inspired the series in preparation for the new season. Now that we're at the final season *tear* this Sunday, I wanted to go all out and do a whole feast! [...]

Winter is Coming – Prepare for Game of Thrones

Finally, after all this waiting, the Game of Thrones premiere is just a couple of days away! I, for one, cannot wait and am refreshing my memory by watching the last season as I'm typing this. An epic show like this requires snackage, and I've come up with a few goodies to keep you filled [...]

House Tyrell Chickpea Lentil Sliders

Sansa’s Lemon & Earl Gray Donuts

One of the first things I thought of when thinking up of Game of Thrones food ideas was the lemon cakes that Sansa enjoys when she’s with her crazy Aunt (at least in the show). I was planning to make lemon cakes or tarts, but then I thought, why not a donut since I’m making [...]

IT ME

A Bay Area native encountering food from all over the Bay Area (and more on occasion!). I watch far too much TV for my own good, spend too many hours on the internet looking at clothes, memes, and Wikipedia, laugh a little too hard at celebrity gossip, drool at pictures of food and travel that my friends post on Facebook & Instagram, and sleep at the worst times possible.

I’m still working on perfecting my latte art, but my morning routine is essential while working from home. A big part of that is my morning coffee. It sounds corny, but the act of making a hot (or iced!) latte at my home cafe before settling down at my desk really sets the tone for the day. ⁣
Celebrated Lunar New Year with my niece and nephew last week! It was so fun seeing them dressed up in their hanbok, getting envelopes, and eating Korean food. Oh and eating too many of those colorful sweet rice cake balls. 🍡

A whole 2022 recap is a lot of work so here’s what some of what I ate in the fall/winter. 🍴
Very much looking forward to the end of 2022. 🥳⁣
August and September were good 🍴
