El Halal Amigos (Fremont, CA)

I never thought there would be halal Mexican food in the Bay Area, let alone a halal taco truck that serves birria tacos! I've been following El Halal Amigos since they've opened and I finally made it over there to try their birria tacos on Wednesday, which is the day that they serve birria, and [...]

Bun Appétit (Fremont, CA)

Bun Appétit (Fremont, CA) - My new favorite donut place isn't in San Francisco or Berkeley or San Jose - it's in Fremont! Bun Appétit opened at the end of September last year, and I made my way over at the end of December and I've been there at least three times since then! Surprisingly [...]

Little by Little (Fremont, CA)

Little by Little (Fremont, CA) - A farm to table restaurant in Fremont in a strip mall? What? I knew I'd have to check out it as soon as I got the opportunity. I had dinner there back in... August (I know, this post is ridiculously late; I'm catching up!) and I had a great [...]

Factory Tea Bar (Fremont, CA)

Factory Tea Bar (Fremont, CA) - Blogger event  meet ups make me a little nervous tbh. It’s intimidating meeting other people who super creative and social when you aren’t always the latter. Luckily, I’ve met a few of the other bloggers in attendance before - including Michael from Between Balloons, who organized the whole thing! [...]

12 Aesthetic AF Coffee Shops *NOT* in San Francisco

12 Aesthetic AF Coffee Shops *NOT* in San Francisco

There have been many a day when I’m scrolling through Instagram and see an aesthetically, on point photo of coffee or a cozy nook, and I think, “omg, I need to go to there.” And then I click on the geotag and lo and behold, it’s of course, in San Francisco. I bookmark them [...]

IT ME

A Bay Area native encountering food from all over the Bay Area (and more on occasion!). I watch far too much TV for my own good, spend too many hours on the internet looking at clothes, memes, and Wikipedia, laugh a little too hard at celebrity gossip, drool at pictures of food and travel that my friends post on Facebook & Instagram, and sleep at the worst times possible.

When you’re in the woods but you still need your coffee ☕️⁣
Thinking about how I’d originally wanted to go to Yosemite last week and now it’s closed indefinitely due to all the snow. 😳⁣
Who wouldn’t want to jump out of bed for a fresh pastry haul at the farmer’s market? I’ll admit, I’m not a morning person, but the promise of flaky croissants and fresh chocolate chip cookies is enough to get me out of bed on a Saturday morning. And you know what? The benefits of starting my day with a delicious treat, quality time with family and some fresh air are unbeatable. I feel energized and motivated for the rest of the day - who knew? ⁣
Gotta get back on ~romanticizing~ my breakfasts again, especially when it’s so easy to put together like this waffle board yet looks so fancy 💅🏼
When you wait too long to make this reel, that the coffee shop has changed ownership. 🥲 ⁣
🏔️ Wow, it's been over 15 years since I've last been to Yosemite, so this family weekend getaway was so nice to experience! Although I didn’t end up coming for the Firefall event I’d planned to see, I ended up in Wawona, a hidden gem at the southern end of the park. Our cozy house was nestled right alongside the Merced River, and the balcony offered calming views of the water and rocks.⁣
